With more than a decade of experience in long-term care administration and social work, Rhonda brings a deep commitment to resident-centered care, operational excellence, and team development.In her new role, Rhonda will oversee the daily operations of Treyton Oak Towers skilled nursing and personal care units, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. She will also lead initiatives that uphold the organization’s mission of excellence in both service and community living.Rhonda holds a Master of Social Work from Spalding University, where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Louisville.
