Joining the Oak Club does not mean you will need to move in right away. It does mean you’ll start building seniority for available residences when the timing is right for you. As an Oak Club member, you can secure your place in Treyton Oak Towers and start enjoying the benefits of our community today.
Secure your place on our Priority Future Resident-Member List by submitting your application agreement and paying a one-time club fee of $1,250. As a member, you will receive a $1,250 credit towards the entrance fee when you move into your apartment home.
